Registration Fees
12U to 18U HPP and EBLO
- Fees vary based on various factors such as parent vs non-parent coach, number of tournaments, diamond and umpire costs.
What’s Included:
- Fall ball
- In-house strength and conditioning training
- Indoor training facility access (rent, utilities, maintenance)
- Professional off-season training
- Comprehensive uniform package
- Access to HitTrax analytics
- 20-22 season games
- tournaments (will vary by team)
- Park/diamond costs
- Umpire fees
- Scheduling and administrative costs
Note: for 12U, the Cooperstown tournament is not included
Payment Schedule:
- $500 non-refundable deposit due at registration
- Rmaining balance paid in installments:
- October 1
- November 1
- December 1
- January 1
- February 1
Payment Policy
No Pay - No Play
- Players must be up to date on payments to participate in:
- Off-season training
- Practices
- Full payment is required for:
- Games
- Outdoor season participation
- BOMBA reserves the right to suspend players with outstanding balances

Refund Policy
General
- Program delivery (training, games, etc.) may vary
Before May 1
If a player leaves the team after registration and before May 1:
- Partial refunds may be issued
- Refunds apply only to:
- Games
- Practices
- Umpire costs
- Player must have paid fees in full
- Medical/injury cases will be reviewed and prorated
On or After May 1
- No refunds will be issued
Vaccination Policy (if applicable)
If public health requirements prevent participation in indoor training:
- No refund or adjustment will be provided for indoor training/facility costs
