12U HPP Coach: Kyle Liberto
Kyle Liberto brings more than 16 years of coaching, player development, and leadership experience to the Burlington Bulls organization. Known for his ability to develop athletes both on and off the field, Kyle has built a strong reputation for fostering accountability, high standards, and a culture of excellence.
Currently serving as Head Coach of the North Toronto 18U Elite program, Kyle has guided teams to back-to-back National Qualifier Final appearances while helping athletes pursue opportunities at the collegiate, national, and professional levels. His experience also includes serving on the McMaster Marauders coaching staff and spending six years with the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club as an instructor and ambassador for amateur baseball development across Canada.
Kyle's coaching philosophy focuses on long-term athlete development, skill acquisition, leadership growth, and creating a positive environment where players can maximize their potential. His commitment to player development and proven success with elite athletes make him an outstanding leader for the Burlington Bulls High Performance Program.
13U HPP Coach: Frankie Coccia
Frankie brings more than 30 years of experience in COBA AAA baseball as both a player and coach. His playing career included NJCAA Division I baseball in Scottsdale, Arizona, before continuing at the NAIA level with Graceland University in Iowa.
Frankie began coaching with the Ontario Terriers organization, where he spent five seasons helping develop athletes in the 16U-18U programs. Since joining the Burlington Bulls organization in 2021, he has led athletes at the AAA level and currently serves as Head Coach of the 11U AAA program.
His extensive playing and coaching background, combined with a passion for player development, makes him a valuable mentor for young athletes pursuing success both on and off the field.
