Drop In Sessions!
Want to put in some extra work hitting, catching, or fielding? Strike Zone Training is now offering drop in passes (available for purchase pack of 10, pack of 5 or single visit).
A coach will be there to offer guidance on drills or feed the pitching machine. ?Passes are flexible, players can come for 1/2 hour or stay the whole time.
Number of participants varies each session.
Fall Hours:
Tuesdays - September 3rd - December 17th 4pm - 6pm
Thursdays - September 5th - December 19th 4pm - 6pm
Sundays - September 8th - December 22nd 10am - 12pm
$35 single; $150 for 5 passes; $280 for 10 passes +HST
Once you purchase a pass your players name will be added to a list. Please check in upon arrival. No need to pre-register.

Fall Clinics
Join us this fall for an exciting opportunity to enhance your players development with professional instruction. Clinics we are offering include:
- Fielding Clinic: October and November start dates
Our fielding clinics focus on developing essential skills such as fielding, agility, throwing, proper footwork, hand-eye coordination, and on-field positioning.
Under the guidance of Coach Garrett, players will face new challenges each week through specially designed drills that assess and elevate their level of play. The clinic places a strong emphasis on ground ball repetitions, along with comprehensive throwing and glove work exercises.
October Start Dates:

Jr Academy: Ages: 7-10, Sr. Academy 11-14
Looking for an off-season program for your younger player that will help them improve their game of baseball?
This clinic is designed to provide players that are not only looking for quality reps, but also looking for professional coaching in a small group setting.
Each session will focus on a different skill, hitting, fielding, athleticism, agility and pitching (age dependent). Players will work through competitive drills designed to improve decision making.
Each player will receive a HitTrax analysis to get real feedback on their swing.

Our hitting clinics will allow your player to refine their mechanics and learn consistency and confidence.
Coach Garrett Takamatsu will guide players through progression drills. Tee work, soft toss and batting practice will be the main components of the training method. If your players would like quality reps and the ability to fine tune their swing, this is the clinic for them.

- Pitching Clinic: October and November start dates
If you are looking to fine-tune your players pitching while receiving quality instruction our pitching clinics are the perfect spot. Coaches will work with the pitchers, no more than 15 at a time, so each pitcher receives adequate attention. Coaches will use pitching drills to reinforce proper mechanics, demonstrate a solid warmup and conditioning routine to help reduce the risk of injury, demonstrate proper grip, and instruct on how to develop the proper pitcher’s mindset.

Our coaches will work with players on the basic fundamentals of blocking, catching, throwing, and understanding the position. Learning the fundamentals of catching requires time, energy, dedication and off-season training.

- Softball Hitting Clinic: October start date
Our softball hitting clinic is designed to enhance your development by focusing on key fundamentals. You'll learn the essentials, including:

- Fall Wiffle Ball League: October start date
Wiffle ball is easy to learn, and a whole lot of fun! For kids of all skill level, this variation of the sport will keep your child active and engaged. Our games use a condensed 5 vs 5 format, coach pitcher, and a light-weight plastic ball and bat. Our season starts October 4 and runs until November 8. There will be 5 weeks of league play and week 6 will be championship day with prizes for the winning team.
Limited space available as we are only taking four teams of five players for each age group. Teams will receive team T-shirts. Please indicate your size in your registration.
No experience or equipment required.
