Want to put in some extra work hitting, catching, or fielding? Strike Zone Training is now offering drop in passes (available for purchase pack of 10, pack of 5 or single visit).
Coach Garrett Takamatsu will be there and available to offer guidance on drills, help with mechanics or feed the pitching machine.
Hours: Mondays 4:00pm - 5:30pm, Wednesdays 4:00 - 6:00 and Saturdays 12:30pm - 2:30pm

Hitting Clinic
Strike Zone Training will be offering hitting clinics Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting October. These clinics will all your player to refine their mechanics and learn consistency and confidence.
Coach Garrett Takamatsu will guide players through progression drills. Tee work, soft toss and batting practice will be the main components of the training method. If your players would like quality reps and the ability to fine tune their swing, this is the clinic for them.

Pitching Clinic
If you are looking to fine tune your players pitching while receiving quality instruction our fall clinics are the perfect spot.
Coach John Ogiltree will work with the pitchers, no more than 15 at a time, so each pitcher receives adequate attention. Coach Tree will use pitching drills to reinforce proper mechanics, demonstrate a solid warmup and conditioning routine to help reduce the risk of injury, demonstrate proper grip, and instruct on how to develop the proper pitcher’s mindset.
Custom mini clinics (3-4 pitchers) available upon request.

Fielding
Strike Zone fielding clinics are centered around fielding, agilities, throwing, proper footwork, hand-eye coordination and on-field positioning.
Coach Garrett will challenge players weekly with new drills designed to evaluate their level of play. The clinic will focus heavily on ground ball repetitions as well was throwing and glove work.

Catching Clinic
Our coaches will work with players on the fundamentals of blocking, framing, footwork for throws and throwing mechanics. Learning the fundamentals of catching requires time, energy, dedication and off-season training
